How do you deal with fatigue?

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Daisy3 -- As the member of this website who is preoccupied with insulin, I would caution you to choose a fish oil capsule that does NOT contain sorbitol (one of the polyols -- a.k.a. sugar alcohols). After taking my fish oil product which contained sorbitol for a LONG time, I learned that many people are especially sensitive to sorbitol, which promotes insulin secretion. I believe that sorbitol contributes to my high insulin level that I have not been able to lower by diet alone. Sorbitol is found in many products that one would not expect -- toothpaste, mouth wash, etc. Check your labels.
