Getting a loan to pay for procedure?

As I am on disability and have very little money and no family, would it be possible to get a loan courtesy of the bank to pay for the cost of the lib procedure and the price for travel to New York and accommodations? Could I possibly get a line of credit from the TD bank if I can get a co-signor? I live in Wpg Canada Does any one know?
