Does angioplasty mean anticoagulates and antiplatelets?

Post by KDGO »

I would like to get feedback on those who have had angioplasty if they were prescribed an anticoagulant (as heparin, coumadin) and/or antiplatelet (as aspirin or plavix). If so what dose/length?
Thank you for your prompt advise!
