My Father Needs Assistance

Post by japentz »

Hello,
I need administrative assistance for my father to access this forum.

He is 81 years old. He forgot his password. He does not have a code. His email address is "taken" by him.

He needs help. Please private message me. We need his password reset as soon as possible! I will send you his email address.

Please help! This is very urgent.

Thanks!
Judy

also, until this is resolved, please feel free to post on behalf of your dad using your own login.

and lyon s suggestion may be good also. all your dad needs to do is make a new TIMS account using a different email account. if that is workable for your dad it is an option.

Hi there and thanks Jimmy

I made a new email address for my father. I attempted to create the log in "nepentz"

I have kept checking the email address but no confirmation email has arrived.

I believe my father's original name was npentz

When he tries to do "lost password" It has a blank for his name and a confirmation code. However . . he has no confirmation code that he knows of. If you just hit enter, it says no such username exists.

When he tried to recreate an account using his one email address, it tells him that the email address has already been used.

Does someone actually administrate this forum? :) I've run message boards of my own and have not had such trouble trying to reset a password.

Thanks so much for answering.

warm regards,
Judy

hi judy i am a moderator not an administrator. TIMS admin can work with user accounts. i am going to forward your PM to admin.
