Malden needs to be banned, and have no fear, we will all be able to tell if he comes back under another name.

Puhleeze, that's overtly playing to the audience, even I can figure that one out.

Using concern as a springboard to even catch a glimpse of one's soapbox is disingenuous at best. Considering the source, the above is not much of a reach at all. With others, there would be some benefit of a doubt in order. It's like these rushes to primary post every negative jot and tittle about CCSVI that pops up in the media, know what I mean ;)

Yes, I also sent a pm to jimmylegs.

I sent one as well ... also saw the post Cece was referring to ... it was "odd" changing spelling to wrong things, especially, if - as it's been claimed - he has to use a translator into English. (he's doing that awful quick tonight ... but maybe I'm just "skeptical")

I still haven't seen an answer to the questions soapdiva asked as well ... but replies to a lot of other things (ignoring those questions - almost deliberately it would seem).

Malden, it doesn't matter anymore if you don't understand why Holly's family and others might be hurt. It's too late. You were told by many people it was hurtful *and* the moderators deleted your post, both of which clearly told you that your post was not proper, YET you dare come back and have the nerve, the audacity, to post the same hurtful post again.

You'll have your chance to defend yourself, but not here in this thread. This thread is to collect the required number of PMs to force a public hearing at which time you can try to defend yourself.

EDIT: I recently read on a thread that Cece said you could get a second chance after the hearing, so I assume she found that info in the official rules. Yes, Cece?
