I am experiencing a remission of symptoms, which I credit to strict diet, weightlifting, supplements, and good fortune. I'm close too 100%, but not all the way there... Forntunately I do have full sensation, and was functioning fine before I decided on Cialis. I'd say everything was good 8 out of 10 encounters, but I wanted to eliminate all uncertainty.
I'm not sold on vascular issues as the primary cause of MS (I think a virus is the first mover), but vascular issues are absolutely a big component, which obviously affects erectile quality/intensity of orgasm. So if a pill can assist in blood flow down there, I think it's worth a try. I'm not salesman for big pharma, and not suggesting that it'll work perfectly for you. My point is to doing anything/everything possible to prolong functioning throughout your youth.
You're young, but still a grown man. Uncomfortable and dissapointing decisions come with the territory. I understand reluctance to unnatural assistance regarding sex, and the mental toll dysfunction takes. But there is no time to waste being prideful or despondent. Time is even more precious when you have MS.
Please don't take this as me speaking down to you (or being overly preachy); I've been where you are. It's not worth staying there.

You can try Papaverine local injections before act (~15') and that should give both of partners 2.5 hours of full erection.
You can get implants (never tried but some relations are very satisfied).
Sex is darn important in our life. I was lucky (well) to get my MS later, after 5 children and a great couples life.
Discuss with your partner, urologist, and believe me; even a vibro can make a man and woman very satisfied on that point of view.
Again, only my tuppence, but you will need a glass of water before any need of sex if you were in a desert...
