Dr. Code said in a radio interview (that I cannot find anymore) that about 12,500 people have been treated. No one knows where that number came from, and it seems to me to be way too high.
well at Pacific Interventioal they are doing 5-10 procedures a day 6 days per week so that one clinc is doing probably 150-200 per month alone and although their volume was lower a few months ago they have been doing ccsvi procedures for a year now. They do around 70 a month at the del mar vein care clinic .
Remember when CCSVI treatment was safe.

So it would only take 5 such clinics at 200/month to do 12*200=2,400, which *5 = 12,000 in a year.
I think the figure is probably conservative. Remember Kuwait was going to treat all 6,000 of its 'MS' patients?
