Feds Announce New Monitoring System for Multiple Sclerosis
Oh goodie, thanks again to the Harper regime: http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/media/nr-rp/ ... 23-eng.php. But why am I concerned that this monitoring system is going to be set up in collaboration with the MS Society of Canada and the Canadian Network of MS Clinics? Is it because I'm not convinced that the MS Society wants to monitor people after CCSVI treatment and when you click on the Contact Us button on the Canadian Network of MS Clinics website you get Dr. "CCSVI is a hoax" Freedman's contact information? A monitoring system could be great, but not if it's controlled by groups that don't appear to take your best interests to heart.

Okay, so, I am happy to see this but stunned to find out that a collaborative approach is a 'new' idea. Good grief.“The Canadian Network of MS Clinics is pleased to be part of this new collaborative initiative,” said Dr. Anthony Traboulsee, from the Canadian Network of MS Clinics. “Our clinics are dedicated to ensuring the best care for those diagnosed with MS and this system will help provide the information we need to do so.”
The timing of this announcement is political filth.
Recent polls reflect that confidence in the Conservative Gov't is fading. w00t!!
