Common symptoms?

Post by WantingToKnow »

Hi! :) I have a question. Is it common that you feel jerky when you have MS? Like sometimes my arm, hand, leg movements feel jerky. Its not noticeable to anybody else, but it just feels jumpy and jerky inside. And also when I walk. Like I dont feel as fluid as I used to. And if so, how bad can it get? Thanks for your help!! :)

no probs :)

and, i am not sure. my particular case involves 15 yrs of veganism. which involves a number of nutrient problems also often seen in ms.

please read my signature links to learn about nutrition issues in ms. please note that i do not agree with everything in the links. but they are a start.

you might be interested in 'my' 'regimen' thread.

it's an interesting journey. 25(0H)D3, b12, magnesium, and zinc are great tests, for a start. feel free to ask me any other questions :D
