HA!!! I "heard" about this but I didn't say a word since I was not invited
Of course it was a hit man! Souvlaki rocks. Here we eat them wrapped in pitta, glad you did the same cause this is the only way souvlaki must be consumed.
Seriously, prayers are the least I can do. Someone else, way more important than me will listen and help you with everything you need. Trust me, I know what I am talking about.
For you zatziki afficianados out there, drain the yogurt and cucumbers first. It concentrates the flavor of the herbs, makes it less soupy and easier to eat without running down your arm.

It sounds like kidney problems (irritation). Stiffness in the legs is wood symptom and a sign of stagnancy of blood or chi. The liver, a wood organ, typically smooths out blood flow by helping to control fats and the viscosity of blood. It also disperses heat evenly throughout the body.
I didnt think of that, thats a possibility praps I got over focussed on sciatic nerve. Sometimes I need the proverbial slap to bring me back to my senses, its another avenue to look down.
Thanx 4 that

The more I think about what you said about the kidney I think its a strong possibility. I am terrified of entering a system I disagree with, but I have booked a phone consultation for tomoz, my doc is a nice lady and she is aware that I disagree with my diagnosis. Its just our last meeting she said that I was in denial. But i'll win her round to treat me without prejudice.
I have to face my fear and stand (meterphorically that is) my ground. I'm in pain and I need to find out why.
So wish me luck as I wave you goodbye.

Provided you have the correct enzymes to digest milk and you don't have an allergy to it, zatziki can be beneficial to the colon. The proteins in goat milk are even easier to digest. Skip the pita bread sometimes and instead use the zatziki for a vegetable or fruit dip. Too much gluten can put the gut inflamos.

Let's just say that I know exactly what you are talking about.
About tzatziki as a fruit dip...I think I 'll pass. When I said I believe everything you say I wasn't expecting that haha
Dr. Flanagan I haven't posted in a while Just thought I would ask if any of patients you have treated have dealt with tinnitus? It seems to be a new synptom I'm dealing with. Sometimes it gets hard to tune it out but I try to ignore it.
I have a deep tissue massager ok. there is an area at the bottom of my neck slightly to the left, only slightly is very sore, in your opinion what does that indicate.
By the way havent spoke to doctor yet in approx 30 mins.

recently my right arm especially my hand lost surface feeling. I first noticed it when i was sitting sideways on my couch, with my elbow resting on the back cushions slightly below shoulder level with my shoulder slightly raised/pushed in from my arm.
Well doctor came today booked me for a kidney scan. I did stand my ground, she wanted to refer me to Neuro to access free physio, she had already prepared letter, but I had to decline, I cannot enter a system I disagree with, I just cant do it, it goes against all I believe.
We had to agree to disagree on ms diagnosis, Even though she believes I have it, I told her in my opinion I havent.
I like her she is a nice Irish lady and only wants whats best for me, but I cant go with it I'm affraid.
So onward I go, determined and on my lonesome, well with a bit of help from others, I am sticking with the team I already have, because sooner or later we will win.

It worked for me Fiona. I wish you my very best. MS is not a disease. It is just a name they use to describe a whole bunch of unexplained symptoms which they know that can be caused by a bunch of reasons. They just wanna treat us all the same because that's how money keep flowing.
Do not give up. Find YOUR reasons. There IS an underlying cause that your body is trying to get rid off.
