Has anyone used the TENS unit muscle for muscle spasms? Has it helped?

I use it extentsively after PT. Must say it feels great while pulsating my back and laying on my back and on an ice pack. THe first two or three hours I am loose as a goose. By the next day i am right back to square one. Give it a try who knows...

amen...i sit on an ice pack and also keep one at the lumbar and the t spine. gives a whole new meaning to blue balls. but its the only thing that works. i cant even sit up against anything as i will go into spasm. I love the symptoms i have. they are really fun and awesome.
