Salvatore J. A. Sclafani, MD, is the Medical Director for the CCSVI service line for American Access Care. You may contact the doctor directly via e-mail at: CCSVILiberation@gmail.com

Now that's a fast response, DougL. Three minutes after she asked!
All the best, seeva, I hope you are one of the big responders.

I wrote to the CCSVILiberation@gmail.com address to explain why I am seeking a procedure. I spoke with someone who has the phone number for his assistant Holly Barr (717) 818-7526. I also received the phone number for American Access Care (718) 369-1444.

I contacted Dr. Gary Siskin in Albany and they said he is not doing CCSVI procedures anymore. Dr. Sclafani believes I was undertreated with balloons that weren't optimal size in 2010. Here is the blog I started and will post again when I have a second procedure. http://www.ccsvi-ms.blogspot.com

Medicaid of New York will pay even though Dr. Sclafani doesn't take Medicaid if my primary doctor gets the approval for "Out of Network Authorization" and it cannot be done anywhere within the network. (paid in full) WOW - All I had to do is ask!

Even though I have been told by a Facebook contact of an unknown doctor in Utah, she mailed my CCSVI venogram who reported that my sigmoid sinus needs to be cleared and stented - I have no contact information because they are only doing children and people with RRMS!!!?

I won't be pursuing anything in Utah but after Dr. Sclafani does another procedure it may help my double vision anyway and I won't need a brain surgeon! (unless I do)

Seeva (or friend of), American Access Care told me today that Dr. Sclafani will reply to your e-mail request and will contact you for a few pieces of information and forward on to American Access Care. Appointment will be scheduled with them but he only does one procedure per month so it will be in 2016 possibly. Holly Barr's phone number must have changed but American Access Care is who you will deal with anyway. (718) 369-1444 but not necessary until after Dr. Sclafani answers your e-mail.
