This woman has more or less defeated her MS by mean of this diet. And yet, people with the disease are not being told about her! I feel if more people were aware, and tried this, more lives would be saved.

Re: Spread the word on Dr. Terry Wahl!
I have her book, have viewed her presentations on YouTube , etc. it's an amazing story but her results have never been replicated by anyone else as far as I know. I specifically mean getting up out of a wheelchair and walking again, not vague, immeasurable things like " I have more energy". I just wish there were others who sawthe same improvement.

Well, granted, it took her a year to get to that point. I don't know how many other people have actually put the theory into practice for that long at this point, but it's definitely worth a shot.
Re: Spread the word on Dr. Terry Wahl!

I am new here hello
I am looking at Wahls diet as a nutritionist friend suggests BUT I note that I am wheat sensitive already so eat very little ....
I feel miles better when I avoid it and did not do that for MS as I did it before MS confirmed ..
A
AND I am better than my team think I should be so I wonder if its my diet so will do a 9 cup diet and try
Most people don't believe me when I say I have MS as I can walk and do most things enough...
Those who see me lots can tell....
None really sees me in a heap in bed wiped out...
Nice to meet you all

Hello tartan, welcome!

" I am wheat sensitive already so eat very little ...."
Dr. Wahls diet (Phase 3) is basically meat (preferably 100% grass fed) and vegetables so it sounds perfect for you. She does not advocate eating wheat or other starches/carbs. I have unknowingly been basically following her diet since June (just read her book in the last month) and although I was never any where near to her level of disability, I have shown marked improvement over the past few months, more so than over the past year.
There are numerous testimonials in her book. Keep in mind 3 things - first, aside from following her diet plan strictly, exercise is critical/crucial. You also have to have an extremely strong desire (be extremely motivated, extremely) motivated to do better and be willing to do whatever it takes, meaning following her diet plan and exercising. You also have to be patient. Change can take time but it does come to those who commit to the program.
