cutting salt for endothelial health

Cutting salt from 3600 mg/day to 1200 mg/day improved "resistance vessel (microvascular) endothelial function" in middle age or older people with high blood pressure.

Microvascular endothelial function may include the blood brain barrier itself. This is very relevant to our needs as CCSVI and MS patients.

I have too high of a salt intake. Processed foods are so easy. But I think I will try to improve on this.
