I have a Right Bioness L300 that my father used only a few times since the beginning of August 2012. It is in new condition and has additional electrodes. Please make an offer...
I can be reached at jofay118@aol.com
Thank you.

I have contacted Bioness about selling a L300 that I have. They told me they have to be totally refurbished before they will service them, or configure them again. Because they are medical devices, and you need a prescription to get one they are regulated by the FDA. They need to be new or refurbished by Bioness for them to be used by the next person. The only people I know who can configure them is Bioness. I would be reluctant to buy one, unless I know someone with equipment who can program it to your individual needs. I know when I got mine there were a few sessions just getting the settings right for my leg. I can't imagine how you would do this yourself.

An OT should be able to configure it. So I would suggest going to an occupational centre (covered by insurance) that uses/sells them, and having them set it up for you. Although, they may get annoyed at setting up the expensive equipment (not covered by insurance) for free, which they are trying to sell....
