Nanoparticles

I have done a lot of research on the internet lately preparing for my upcoming doctor appointment. I was reading about Nanoparticles and was wondering what thoughts you all have about this. Maybe I'm just overly hopeful, but it looks more promising than other things I have read. Here are some links.

I am hopeful for any new treatment. However, what I think I have personally experienced is that the earlier something is in trial, the promising they sounds.
