The fact that Freedman has tried twice to have the case dismissed suggests he knows he will loose and he does not want the negative publicity which will follow the verdict. Natural justice says Sandy is entitled to have the accusations aired in court and I hope he gets it. The question is 'Is Freedman stupid enough to go through with it and not apologise before then as I am sure his counsel has advised him? It sounds unlikely but perhaps he is.

on that picture, behind him are some posters of blood vessels. You will note that there are no veins on those diagrams, only arteries
