Help! I need of good doctor in San Diego to get diagnoised

Post by lfloyd27 »

I have been shuffled around from doctor to doctor and feeling like no one is taking the time to listen to me and my symptoms and help me. I am a 30 year old male and I am still undiagnoised. If anyone knows of a good neuro in San Diego please let me know.

Symptoms:
Weird feeling back right side of my head at the base, not a pain just weird feeling.
Feel fuzzy but just on the right side.
All my headaches are now located on the right side towards the back when and if I get one.
Right eye a touch blurry
Slight pressure/pain behind right eye
Pain under my right shoulder blade on my back
Lower back pain and stiffness
Trouble falling asleep. Once asleep very light sleeper
Feel like I am struggling to keep conscious sometimes
Excercise makes symptoms worse
Feels like I am not getting enough oxygen to my brain?
Tingling and warm feeling in right hand: middle & ring fingers

Have had brain and neck MRI and apparently they are normal. Blood tests normal except slightly elevated liver enzymes. I have been dealing with these issues for over a year. Have been perscribed anxiety medication this month as I think the more I wonder what is wrong with me the more I freak out about it (I know this won't fix my underlying symptoms). I feel so hopeless as every doctor says that there isn't anything wrong with me and literally say nothing is wrong when something CLEARLY is. Please help!!!!

Hi lfloyd
I do not know any drs in San Diego as I am from Canada. I do have a couple of thoughts on this matter. What are your o2 stats? Have you had an ekg or an eeg preformed? Have you had a recent injury? Traumatic event(stress)? What has led you to the conclusion of ms? Many suggestions on this forum is diet. Please read posts on nutrition, it appears diet has everything to do with all conditions in our bodies, good or bad.

There is no doctor who will diagnose you with ms without mri results. Your mri will eventually show lesions if you have ms.

You can read the mri radiology report yourself to make sure no one ignored results. You can see an opthalmologist re your eye blurriness. Otherwise, keep talking to primary care doc about issues. It might be something else.

Hello lfloyd27!
As mentioned above you are not going to get an MS diagnoses without an MRI that shows lesions. Have you considered maybe a pinched nerve? That is what my doctor initially thought was the cause on my numbness early on. Also there are a couple of other diseases that have similar vague symptoms like you have listed. Good luck finding an answer!
