Lesions but no symptoms

Hi I am new to this board ....

I had a brain MRI for a totally unrelated reason but the MRI indicated that I had abnormal lesions keeping to ms....

I have seen a neurologist and he has said that I don't have ms as I am not experiencing symptoms of ms ....

I have to go back in 6 months but has anyone been in this situation ... Lesions but no symptoms? Will it develop into ms ?
