I'm a quadriplegic because of ms and now I'm wondering if sugar has played a role.
rates have increased and they are more disabling .

Yes, I believe that sugar does play a role in MS because it triggers the body to produce insulin. If you work with an endocrinologist or a good GP, he can test and determine if you have insulin resistance.
