To preface, I have had difficulty walking before, as well as weak legs. My legs can twitch, just be weak, or make walking more strenuous.
However, this week this problem got much worse. It started 4 days ago when I stumbled around the kitchen, and fell because my legs collapsed. My legs have collapsed on me a few times since then. I had a very hard time on Wednesday and Tuesday, I could barely walk. When I did it was at a slow pace, not in a straight line and with many breaks. Sometimes my legs kind of drag as well when I walk. I think the reason I have been managing okay is good balance (I'm a former dancer) and being in shape perhaps.
I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced anything like this before? Is it typical of MS or anything else? And if so, what other conditions could cause it?
And finally, should I worry about this? I'm trying to go back to my neurologist ASAP. Thanks in advance.
