I was just wondering if anyone has any comments on homocysteine and my results.

Homocysteine is a big issue that is blamed for a multitude of cardiovascular illnesses. Elevated homocysteine levels also exert several neurotoxic actions that cause grey matter atrophy such as in Alzheimer's and dementia. If your in the range i wouldn't be too concerned. It is normal for MS patients to have elevated levels. Up your B12 and B6 and see if it makes a difference.
