Hi,
Could anyone share the ideal diets for health?
What are the ideal diets?
Re: What are the ideal diets?
that is a matter of great debate!
among other ideas, i do enjoy one very simple adage:
1. eat food (ie not processed pseudo-foods)
2. not too much
3. mostly plants
it doesn't go quite as far as it needs to re 'well rounded' or 'balanced' but, a good start.

Re: What are the ideal diets?
Most MS diets stress foods very low in saturated fat. Many of them seem to be variations/updates of Dr. Swank's diet. I suggest you look into Dr. Swank's diet and also the Paleo diet to start.
I also strongly suggest when eating meats eat only grass fed meats and wild fish such as Salmon, Tuna and Sardines), all considered high in Omega 3 (good fat) and low in saturated fat.
