Where are the better clinic...Italy or Poland?

Hi all,

I know Zamboni is Italian, but ive always heard more about Polish clinics, possibly because more procedures have been carried out there?

What are your opinions?

My experience was in an American clinic. I think three things to weigh are 1) it's nice to go somewhere local so that there is follow-up care easily available especially in the event of a complication and 2) it's nice to have a practitioner who has hundreds of ccsvi procedures under his belt and has gotten over the learning curve and 3) since the ccsvi procedure is not standardized and is done differently with different techniques by different doctors, then it's nice if doctor's techniques fit what you are looking for in terms of thoroughness of the procedure or restriction of stenting to specific indications.

In Poland, is it Dr. Simka at Euromedic that you are considering? Is there a specific doctor & clinic in Italy?

Thanks...

1) & 2) There are two clinics in Spain but I understand they have limited experience
3) I really dont have that level of knowlege on CCSVI.

I believe it is in fact Dr Simka in Poland. As of yet I have no names in Italy.
