I think you may be on to something.
I recently got MRI results back from a scan of my brainstem and spine.
I have several lesions in my medulla, as well as my spine. The medulla is located in the lower half of the brainstem.
One of the functions of the medulla is vasomotor control of the body, which includes blood vessel diameter and blood flow.
It seems that lesions in the medulla could be a factor that affects stenosis, as well as several other MS symptoms, including male impotence.
