I have been practicing Tai Chi for over two years. I started because my health was deteriorating and I had significant back pain. Many of my symptoms abated in the first 18 months. About 6 months ago my symptoms started to get worse, particularly in the last 2 months.
I can only wonder how bad I would feel now had I not started Tai Chi. My balance is very good - it should be as I've been working very hard on it the last two years.
