Very frustrated. Can anyone say they've had these symptoms?

Hello, posted awhile back and I am still having a difficult time saw the doc at Cleveland clinic and he sent me for a lot of testing don't go back till August . I had Mri of brain an blood panels. I was diagnosed with fibro and didn't feel it was correct went to doc at Cleveland clinic and he said he wasn't convinced that it was just fibro . Anyhow my Mri report showed my brain as normal I talked with neuro and he wants the discs I guess. Anyhow my symptoms are left and right arm interchangeable between arms all day numbness , tingling weakness and a crampy aching feeling . My toes on with foot tingles or goes numbe sometimes my feet are very stiff and hard for me to first walk also spasms all over . And a few years ago had temporary paralysis of legs last a few minutes. My emg of upper and lower were fine as well . Sometimes I get a very tight cramping feeling in my middle back around to stomach causing nausea. I have been told I have a few herniated discs and degenerative disc disease with starightening of cspine I was told that explains my right side but no left. Sorry so long any opinions greatly appreciated thank you in advance!

Would it be possible to see Donald Jacobsen, PhD, at the Cleveland Clinic? Or even write him a letter and ask him for a recommendation of someone who could confirm your B12 status?

A serum B12 test result of 706 pg/mL is not absolute proof of your status – the "serum B12" test is considered outdated and unreliable. Please request a methylmalonic acid (MMA) test – either the urinary or blood test form. Also request a serum homocysteine test. Ask for your own copies of these test results.… Or perhaps you have them already.

All your symptoms are still consistent with a B12 problem. In my opinion, this possibility should be thoroughly investigated.
