A new study testing Amarantus Diagnostics’ MSPrecise on multiple sclerosis patients identified the test as a specific and sensitive diagnostic test for multiple sclerosis. Interesting, though they do not say which test is used as base for the meassure. I suppose they have used a normal McDonalds CDMS criteria in a couple of years and they have evaluated the accuracy of their test versus that.

The problem is that McDonalds have a low accuracy, around 60%. This means that multiplied by 84% the accuracy goes around 48%. And you have to add the uncertainity of diagnosis after the deadline.

Not a bad result, but not impressive either.
