I was diagnosed with MS in 2012. I am doing sooo much better than before and am offering nutrition counseling to all of you. I would love to help as much as possible. I handle nutrition on the plate and beyond.

There are fantastic threads on diet and nutrition on this site accumulated over many years by many, very knowledgeable people who have lived through MS. Oh and the advice is free.

Just curious, what would you recommend over any of the existing popular MS diets?
