last November i went into rehab due to a stroke or so i thought but i recovered way to fast and am fully functional walking and everything the people at the rehab place i was in and some doctors said i could have MS so they did a spinal tap which showed some white ....well i forget the name he used anyway the MRI showed that but the spinal tap said i did not have MS they wanted to do more tests but i did not schedule anymore appointments. things were going good till recently.
like last week my right arm and hand are tingly and my right foot feels like its wet . now im diabetic type 2 but my blood sugar has ben around 85 in the morning and has been low so i know it cant be my diabetes messing with him seeing how i have been feeling this constantly since last week . the right side of mace feels like i have Novocaine in me like when you go to a dentist office but it wont go away. it just worries me that i might have MS even though the spinal tap was negative and the MRI showed white matter the first time and then it was gone the 2and time i had the MRI in my brain..
right now i am a bit nervous because im not sure whats going on and if i should do something because even as im typing my arm is so tingly and my hand feels asleep . does anyone have any idea as to how i can stop the tingling go away? if not how i can make it were i feel more comfortable so i can sleep if i do tonight. and typing this message is annoying because i cant seem to type good. thank god for spell check lol.
im worried i might have MS

Perhaps you need to schedule a followup appointment with you doctor (hopefully neurologist).

As you probably know already, numbness/tingling in the legs, feet, hands and arms is known as "peripheral neuropathy." This is a common symptom in many conditions, including diabetes (which you have – it is my understanding that diabetic damage can be occurring even when it appears to be under control. Is this correct?). In investigating the cause of peripheral neuropathy, the University of Chicago suggests the following:
http://peripheralneuropathycenter.uchic ... #bloodtest\
As ElliotB suggests, you need to work with your doctor and investigate all these possibilities. MS can only be considered after the other more likely possibilities have been ruled out.Blood tests
Blood tests are commonly employed to check for vitamin deficiencies, toxic elements and evidence of an abnormal immune response.
Depending on your individual situation, your doctor may request certain laboratory tests to identify potentially treatable causes for neuropathy. These include tests for:
Vitamin B12 and folate levels
Thyroid, liver and kidney functions
Vasculitis evaluation
Oral glucose tolerance test
Antibodies to nerve components (e.g., anti-MAG antibody)
Antibodies related to celiac disease
Lyme disease
HIV/AIDS
Hepatitis C and B
