MS or benzo withdrawal

I had an mri which shown multiple lesions basically on most part of my brain but was not diagnosed with MS. Had a brain aneurysm later. Done with clipping and still struggling with whole body chronic paresthesia till date with worsening one sided stiffness. Can anyone here tell me through your knowledge and experience....is mine a suspected MS or more a benzo tolerance symptom ?
