Donation Suggestions

I am looking to donate some money to help those who suffer from MS. I would like some input as to where the money would do the most good and reach real people who struggle with MS. I know that finding a cure is the ultimate goal but am somewhat skeptical regarding how large pots of research money are spent. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

A very nice post. The Tisch MS center is one I feel is doing the right things, and is not funded by big pharma.
