Hi,

It would be a brave person who said they knew "the best" therapy. However, there is plenty to be done with both exercise and massage. It will depend how you are at any point in time to determine what the best thing to do will be but absolutely do both.

What were you thinking of doing?

Hi,

Happy to help but it's easier when we know what the issue is as there can be many variations.
