Extremely worried teenager :(
Re: Extremely worried teenager :(
So... i just got back home from the neurologic, she ran a few tests on me, i had to walk eyes closed and she poked me with a "needle" to check if i feel everything fine, all that jazz, she said that everything seems fine and the "buzz" on my feet and the other weird sensations on my feet are probably cause by musclestiffness or something and she didn't really say anything about my dizziness...probably thinks it's caused by muscle stiffness or something too. I got 0 help pretty much, guess i should just try to stretch more and eat vitamins and such..? Still worried, even though she seemed relaxed and told me not to worry about it.
Re: Extremely worried teenager :(
Was the neurologist a MS specialist?
Re: Extremely worried teenager :(
Does she suggested MRI for you?
Re: Extremely worried teenager :(
No, she wasn't but she was specialized in stuff related to your head. And after all the tests she said that everything seems to work fine, my balance was fine, i could feel everything fine and that my symptoms don't really tell anything about anything serious, as they are "pretty common" and that i should probably stretch more and such..She didn't suggest an MRI. Do you think that i should just try to forget these symptoms and see if it gets any worse than this? If my symptoms do get worse, i could try and talk to my mom about my worries and that i think it might be MS ( which she would totally disagree on, she also thinks that my symptoms are just minor ), hoping that she would get me an appointment with a MS specialist.
Re: Extremely worried teenager :(
definetly not!!! IMHO, you must have an MRI, just to be sure that your brain and spinal cord are fine.nesquikii wrote:Do you think that i should just try to forget these symptoms and see if it gets any worse than this?.

Pretty common? I don't think so!
Perhaps you need to find a different doctor!
