The ear infection led to a clot in the transverse sinuses and sigmoid sinus and left jugular vein which led to the demyelination of the optic nerve. But there was an increase of pressure in the spinal tap and an absence of oligoclonal bands. In MS we do not have increased pressure and we have the oligoclonal bands. How did the venous thrombosis lead to the anti-MOGs? If that's an understand and accepted development, it should be understood not to allow blockages to persist in these cerebrospinal drainage blood vessels.
