Yes it's pg/ml
Lhermitte's for me is; vibration/buzzing from waist down and sometimes I feel it from mid spine down whenever I bend my head down. For the most part I have learned to ignore it. I found Lhermitte's would increase in intensity just before an exacerbation.

Hi rlestra5,
I am wondering if Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD)/Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is a possibility. An injury can cause this to happen. This link will give you some information about RSD and you can decide if might fit into what you are experiencing.

Re: Onset of MS after sports injury?
Hi Snoopy,
I had also considered this, but I have these symptoms in both legs, not one. I am getting burning, aching on the innner legs. Sometimes tingling or even a faint "buzzing" feeling through the legs for a short period of time.
The strange thing is sometimes I am hardly feeling these symptoms at all. Actually it is worse when just sitting (like sitting at a chair at work or sitting to watch a movie) and not as bad when I am walking on it. I took a long walk earlier today with basically no pain at all. Sometimes randomly if I pull my foot toward my chest my calf muscle feels like it is cramping. And lately I have been getting body itching -- moreso at night. It's not painful, but bothersome. I just feel my leg or my arm or thte back of my neck itching, and it's enough where I feel the need to scratch it, though I try not to.
What I find most strange is that the neurologists I've seen have basically indicated they see nothing wrong with me neurologically. They have done the NCV and EMG testing on me and seen nothing out of whack. But something is clearly wrong when I feel pretty good one minute and then later in the day I can have all this strange aching and burning and discomfort, sometimes directly on the inner ankle bone. I have been taking Vitamins D3 and B12 to see if that could help, but the symptoms still persist.
I am so tired of seeing docs because I've already seen everyone from orthopedists to foot docs to neurologists to vascular docs, etc. But I am definitely getting itching and there are times when sitting motionless where it almost feels like both legs are being attacked by something. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
