hi and welcome cmcg
a lot of things can sound like ms. there is a dx process involving the ruling out (exclusion) of many (about 80) things via variably informative tests (none conclusive on their own however).
am not personally a diagnostician, but i can see a few things in your symptom list that on their own may somewhat support the idea of an msdx. that said, same things could also indicate subclinical nutrient deficit.
if you want to back away from the sketchy nutrient profile of a typical ms patient, that kind of thing can be independently addressed via a few diet and lifestyle changes. help from a wellness (vs disease management) professional may be something to consider if it seems overwhelming, and no docs have bothered sending you in that direction so far.
if you are interested in figuring out how less than ideal diet and lifestyle might be facilitating development of chronic disease, i do know a bit about that kind of thing!
step one is easy: track all your food, fluid, meds, supplements, and general activity levels for a few days. then you can look for patterns.
beyond that, lots to learn in the way of daily requirements, testing, best food choices, supplements and so on.

Re: MS advice needed
If you have numbness of your legs and babinski signs, your neurologist will probably recommend an MRI scan of your spine. This can be caused by various problems including MS.
