Staring into space or Day Dreaming look

I would like to know if anyone else has had this symptom. I have had it for most of my time with MS.

You look like you are day dreaming/staring into space and you hear buzzing in the ears, eyes get blurry and face gets hot.

I have the buzzing in the ears. Almost constant.

Hi there

I can get very flushed on my face/neck/upper chest, cheeks feel burning hot, the room I am in seems to receed slightly, and I can also get very vocal - I tend to say things I would normally be reticent to say...Luckily, this only happens occasionally, my neuro says it is the "cascading" of the immune system because of the ms - I feel a little like I do after high dose iv steroids!

The day dream/blank stare look is accompanied by buzzing in the ears. Actually, I get the buzzing in the ears all the time.

I just got the echoing in my right ear. It feels like I have a cup over my right ear.
