I couldn't have said it any better Ken. We each come to a point where we have to try something and so we go forward with it hoping that it is the answer for us. And although other people may go a different direction we can all learn from each other's experiences. Because in the end we are the ones dealing with this disease and we all need to rely on each other for advice, hope and support. Each of us must find what works for us even if it is different for everyone. All we can do is try!!

Lori, Ya counting down the days? I bet you are! Ken
It would be really nice to be able to put links in here
If I have included a bad link, google the word "Scholar", click link for "Google Scholar". Search for the name of the paper and author in Google Scholar.

QUESTIONS
And anything you forgot to ask you can forward to me .......Loriyas wrote:Ken, you bet I am! We leave on Sunday for my appointment on Monday. If anyone thinks of any questions, etc I should ask please let me know. I know my time will be limited and I want to be as efficient as possible.
Thanks
Lori
I know of 2 things I want to ask:
1) Maintenance. The Wheldon protocol features a tappering off and eventual completion. In an environment dealing with a common bacteria, should folks continue some form of maintenance long after the 2-4 year protocol?
2) Pathogenesis. Is any one theory of how CPn causes myelin loss becoming more favored? Molecular mimicry, IFN Gamma or something else?
I really think most all of my other questions have been answered by Sarah and others here. I can't wait to here what you have to say afterwards. Ken
