Well it’s a new year and we all still have ms, I was thinking how we always are looking for better things to come in the future which I’m sure will happen but tonight one of the toasts you make should be to us the ones that live with this no matter how mild or severe your symptoms. They all put stress on us; they all change our lives in some way. We are surrounded with decisions and challenges that we thought would never come into our lives, some of us handle it better than others I’m sure but never the less we handle it, we have to and in most cases we do it with a smile. To all the people that are close to us and the ones that look after us sometimes when we need it, thank you. To all the people that are participating in trials to better the research thank you. To all the people that struggle every minute of every day to do the simplest things. To all the people that are scared and confused with this. I know I have left something’s out but you will think of them and have a toast. With what we do and what we think and feel we deserve a toast, even two!
Heres to us cheers!
Happy New Year January 01,2008

I know I'm a bit late stumbling across this post, but I was too busy playing with all the toys Santa brought me.
I did write to him asking for a brand new central nervous system and all I got was some lousy aftershave.
great toast..loved it..couldnt think of one like that even if i was drunk...lol...sorry had to throw a little humor in there...but its a great toast .....
Robbie, I just read your toast and it brought tears to my eyes. You're right, no matter how well we handle the challenges-we are handling them the best we can. We all deserve gold stars
I did toast us all on New Years and wished that the coming years will bring us hope. It always helps to be positive with a little champagne in ya
