Weschler test anyone?
I got a letter today that told me I have an appt. with a psychologist to take a "Weschler Test" for disability consideration. What does this consist of? Thanks for any info, I didn't find out much online.

Hello shootingstar,
I'd never heard of this, but it appears to be some form of professional standard IQ test – which obviously ties in with the fact that your psychologist recommended it. It includes several sub categories including "social interaction", which sounds as if it involves more than just answering questions on a sheet of paper.
I would guess that they are looking for effects on your cognitive performance, and they may ask for repeat tests in the future so that they can monitor any decline… only a guess, though,
