what can i do!!!

So I decided to paint my living room and clean my carpets,now im paying for it and I need some advise?I still havent been able to get an MRI done because the charity papers can take up to 3 mo.to qualify,alot of the feelings that i was experiening seem to slow way down at the begining of may,they were veary intense!Now i just still have the sensation of my arms and legs falling asleep and as if my right eye feels like its droopy mostly in the evening and of course the scattered brain still happens!!
So for 2 days my right forarm and fingers wont stop feeling numb and Im veary nervous about it,Im not sure what to do.What helps with keeping my arm from feeling like this,this feels veary intence,and a little scary,and like i said above I cant run to the doctor yet!!

The only thing I can think of is message your arm...get the circulation moving, and nerves talking to each other

Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot you can do but I agree with Peekaboo that massaging can't hurt. Maybe Jimmylegs could suggest a supplement that might help in the meantime before you get in to see the doctor.

ok that list sounds great!!can somebody type it out and i'll print it and go into the health store,im 29 and really unsure of what vitamens to get!!I would really like to start taking care of my health and maybe get rid of this tired feeling,about mid day!!Im tired of being tired!!thanks cheryl

hi me, sorry i only just found this. please refer to the links in my signature for more detail. here is a short list to get you started (the timing aspect is pretty optional, but there is a rationale for why i have it set up like this):

vitamin c, 1g - up to 10/d spread out through the day

breakfast
vitamin b50 or b100 complex x1/d
good quality multivitamin/multimineral x1/d or as per directions
vitamin e8 complex, 400IU

lunch OR dinner
vitamin d3 1000IU x 4/d
calcium/magnesium/zinc blend 1200mg ca / 600 mg mag / 50 mg zn x1/d
vitamin b12 (methylcobalamin form, sublingual) 1000-2000mcg x1/d

bedtime
magnesium citrate 250mg x1/d
fish oil for omega 3 fatty acids x1/d (or as per bottle instructions)
