This isn't really appropriate for a "Humor" board but it is an appropriate follow-up to my original post. I just ran across an interesting article by Consumer Reports which discusses how the big pharmaceutical companies keep generic drugs off the market and/or delay their entry into the market.

The Stalling Game
Sweetheart deals and patent extensions keep lower-cost generic drugs from consumers.
