I will "dump" your responses into a surveymonkey survey and post the link on the message board so we could all see what this would look like.

I'll try to get it done tonight. I think you will find it a handy tool to review and analyze data and easy for input.

If the TIMS administrators want to keep it going, there would be nothing extra that would need to be done beyond posting the link to the survey. Each person logging into the survey could view the responses and the stats and print out whatever they wanted.

If the viewer wanted to go a step further and download the information into a spreadsheet or database, they would have to have a minimum surveymlonkey fee of about $29.00.

If you find this to be an effective way to report, then I will volunteer to host the TIMS survey on my survey monkey account until a time when TIMS would want to have its own monthly or yearly account. At that time, it is easy to "move" the survey responses to this new TIMS account.

Sammy jo is already tabulating the results in an accounting.......... :wink:

She PM'd me back in minutes after posting my results with a link to the document.
