I was going to suggest someone write a thread with all his info on it? maybe it is against forum rules? might ask if NHE would be willing to make it a sticky?

Did you try searching the forum?

If you tried searching and it still didn't work for you, then some of the suggestions in the Forums FAQ might be helpful.

I was just thinking that Dr Dake may have to train another interventional radiologist to do what he does to keep up with all the business !!! he can't possibly perform "The Liberation Procedure" on everyone. In the documentary Dr Zamboni talks about how many people are emailing him, writing to him, knocking on his door... and he has to turn them away. But there is good old supply and demand. Maybe supply and demand will work for us too !!!!
