Report: 60 days after my procedure.

I have injected all 60 Clexane injections (40 mg). I was not supposed to have any side effects and I really did not have any. I did not have any strange bleeding just light bruises on my belly - from the injections.

The first 30 days were better than the second 30 days.
I must mention I have had flu or cold for about 12 days and at least once I did not check my BP - it was too low, only 100/60 and I felt my fatigue again. Since I stopped with the pills against high BP I feel better again. I can not say the fatigue is gone completely. Maybe 80 to 85% is gone.

I am sure my balance and walking is better. Not perfect but better for sure.
I felt improvements the first 14 days. I have feeling either it is the same or I am getting better so slowly that I do not notice it anymore.

I do not feel worse for sure. There are no changes in my vision so far.
I still feel brain fog, weakness and I feel drunk.

Altogether I feel better than before the procedure.

Yes,
I take 150 mg of Aspirin a day. So far I heard it is for lifetime but maybe not for liftime so I am not sure.
I will ask Dr. Simka about it when I have my follow up.
I will see. Maybe we know more in a year...
I will do what he says.

Hey Erika,
I am sorry to hear the brain fog and the drunk feeling is still there.

I am hoping for you that the progression has been stopped and over time more improvements will show.

Do you think that Dr Simka and Ludgya got all the stenosis?
Yes, I think so and if not I go for my follow up this month so they will check it.
I think I just need more time. I was not any MS beginner...

Happy New Year Erika

Happy New Year Erika,
I've just re read your last few posts and I feel in my bones! that this is good news. It is the big picture we are looking at in the long run and as you say you are not a new MS patient, so things will take time. But to me this all looks good.
I hope the coming year makes a lot of difference to you.

Hi Erika,

I am new here but reading your posts has brought me to tears so many times in the past few days! I told my husband I feel like I know you already. Consider yourself hugged: {{{Erika}}}

You said:

I have a gentle suggestion that might help you measure your progress. I mentioned it (in way too much detail) in another thread but my idea would be to find a consistent way to track your progress. For example, use a stopwatch to time yourself walking a specific distance. Maybe for you it means a walk from one familiar street corner to the next. Then wait a few weeks and time yourself again under similar weather conditions, same time of day. Even if you only shave a few seconds off your time, it still shows progress without having to wonder "am I getting better or is it my imagination?" I think it could be a source of encouragement.

You can do the same sort of informal testing with other areas that gave you trouble before. Do whatever works for you. Let me know what you think.

God bless you, Courageous Pioneer!

Dear Erika,

I am glad that you are feeling better, over-all. The brain fog and drunk feeling are my big concerns, as I have those too. Like you, I am not new with MS - I am going onto 17 years of it in March. I think that I have started to go Secondary now, and that is a growing worry for me.

There has been talk of chelation here - for iron principally - but after reading Matteo's story http://www.matteodallosso.org/eng/ I have a keen interest in chelation for other things too - like lead, mercury, ALUMINUM (his most loaded heavy metal), and gadolinium from MRI contrast. His story is fascinating. He says to have cured MS through chelation, and I am thinking that it may well be a good thing to do after Liberation. The heavy metals could be involved with endothelial disruption, which might be part of the cause of stenosis, twisting, etc., and might well be at the root of a lot of MS.

I know that you are starting Green Tea Extract, but I wonder if a more intense chelation - like EDTA might be beneficial. Maybe why your recovery is not as dramatic yet? Read Matteo's story, and see what you think.

Keep getting better and better, Erika!

Hi Pam!
This is exactly how I want to train my walking anyway. It is just sooo cold here. I go to see my GP today to ask her to go to a physiotherapist in my town. I want to train there as well and we will have to measure it there anyway. I hate the weather changes - I always have strong headache like now.
But thanks to IBT I usually wake up without headache, it is much better than before IBT.
Maybe Teavigo - 90 % of EGCG helps me a little bit. I take 2 x 150 mg.

Dear Johnoson,
thank you. Yes, I know about Mateo and his story. I was thinking about that. At the moment I take 2x 150 mg of EGCG, I plan to take more in the future.
The problem is I have no chance to find any doctor here to check my heavy metals. I will hopfely soon to go to check iron in my brain in Slovakia. They already use SWI. Hopefully they know more and they will help me to get rid of iron at least.

Hi Erika,

I want to start by saying I'm very happy you're doing well. You're a inspiration to all of us.
I called EuroMedical in Gliwice, Poland tel: 011 48 32 230 77 35 and they don't know of the tests that Dr. Simka does.
Is this the right place to make an appointment for the Doppler ultrasound and MRV?

Thanks,
Anna

Hi Anna,
there are more Euromedics in Poland.
The best way is to contact Dr. Simka: mariansimka@poczta.onet.pl
I had my procedure in Katowice, in EuroMedic at stret: Bartosza Glowackiego 10, there is another EuroMedic in Katowice at street: Rolna 18 - some patients have Doppler here, I had OCT here - vision test.
It is still Dr. Simka who is organising Doppler, MRV and the procedure as well.
So, no, Gliwice is not the right place to make an appoinment.

Hi all!
I will post more tomorrow. I came back from my follow up after 3 days in Katowice. As always I went by myself. Everything hurts me. I need a massage of whole body, of my brain even of my heart :D
Some people already asked me if I am alive - yes I am alive and at home.
