Yet all the symptoms seem to show I do. Worried about these white spots as well on my MRI from today. I can't see the Dr. until next week so I'll just be terrified until then. Anyone see anything of concern on this image?

If you mean those two eyebrow looking things in the middle - I think you can relax. Pretty sure you're looking at either your sound canals or your eustation tubes - your auditory system either way.
