Hi Donnchadh:
My husband has been taking baclophen for several years, 20 mg, 4 times a day. A year ago he began Botox treatments in his legs and has reduced his dosage to 10 mg. Sometimes he is late taking the drug and he notices the difference. It definitely helps with the spasticity and I cannot say if it makes him any more fatigued than his MS in general.
He has never taken any other MS drug to date.
Regards Diana
