Frequent Flyer Miles

I wanted to suggest that for everyone looking to travel for your treatment, that you get enrolled with a credit card that builds air miles and use that themn toward your airline tickets.

Do a search (maybe at slickdeals.net) for airlines credit card, there are a lot of them that give you a free airlines ticket when you get a new card. I have a Delta skymilse american express that did this for us last summer.
