Italian people

Hi, it's the first time I write, my mother is scheduled in Bulgary on December/January...she's very afraid because here in Italy Zamboni and the Hilarescere association say that it's dangerous to go abroad...I think it's better than stay in Italy, but, you know...
I would like to know if there are people from Italy that went or will go to Bulgary...
